  • 2 oz São Paulo Cachaça
  • 2 tsp sugar or 1 oz simple syrup
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges

In a shaker muddle the sugar & lime. Fill with ice and add São Paulo Cachaça. Vigorously shake then pour into a glass.

Berry Caipirinha

Seasonal Berry Caipirinha
  • 2 oz São Paulo Cachaça
  • 2 tsp sugar or 1 oz simple syrup
  • ½ lemon or lime, cut into wedges
  • A few seasonal berries

In a glass gently muddle the sugar, citrus, and berries. Fill with ice and add São Paulo Cachaça. Stir until well combined. Garnish with lime, lemon or berries.

  • 1.5 oz São Paulo Blended Cachaça
  • 0.5 oz Passoa Passionfruit Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau Triple Sec
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz prickly pear syrup
  • Lime flag & maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice. Shake. Strain. Garnish. Enjoy!

  • 1 oz São Paulo Blended
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 4–8 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

Pour all ingredients over ice and stir or shake. Strain into glass. Garnish with lime.

  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • Cherry & orange slice garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Add all ingredients into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

  • 1.5 oz São Paulo Cachaça
  • 2 oz semisweet white wine
  • 0.75 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz lime juice · 2 oz soda water
  • Kiwi, apple, cucumber, grapes
  • 2 mint leaves & 2 sage leaves

Fill large wine glass with ice. Add Cachaça, St. Germain, wine, and lime juice. Top with soda water and stir. Add fruits, herbs, and serve.

  • 2 oz sweet vermouth
  • Maraschino cherry

Add all ingredients into a shot glass with a maraschino cherry. Serve chilled.
