Sao Paulo Cachaca

SAO PAULO SILVER

Sao Paulo Silver is an all-natural, no additives, copper distilled spirit from cane.

Caipirinha (national cocktail)

•2 oz Sao Paulo Cachaca 

•2 tsp Sugar (or 1 oz simple syrup) 

•Half a lime, cut into wedges 


In a shaker muddle the sugar & lime. Fill with ice and add Sao Paulo Cachaca. Vigorously shake then pour into a glass.

Seasonal Berry Caipirinha

•2 oz Sao Paulo Cachaca 

•2 tsp Sugar (or 1 oz simple syrup) 

•Half a lemon or lime, cut into wedges 

•Add a seasonal berries 


In a glass gently muddle the sugar, lime or lemon, and berries. Fill with ice and add Sao Paulo Cachaca. Stir until well combined. Garnish with lime, lemon or berries if desired.

Sao Paulo Breeze

•1.5 oz Sao Paulo Cachaca 

•2 oz Orange juice 

•1 oz Cranberry juice 

•Cherry and orange slice garnish 


Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Brazilian Mule

•2 oz Sao Paulo Cachaca

•3 oz Ginger beer 

•Juice of half a lime 

•Lime for garnish 


Add all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

Brazilian Sangria

•1.5 oz Sao Paulo Cachaca 

•2oz semisweet white wine 

•.75 oz St.Germain (Elderflower Liqueur) 

•.25 oz lime juice  

•2oz soda water 

•3 thin slices of Kiwi, apple, cucumber, grapes 

•2 torn mint leaves and 2 sage 


Fill large wine glass with ice. Add Cachaca, St. Germain, wine, and lime juice. Top with soda water and stir. Add fruits and herbs and serve. 

Sao Paulo Shooter

•1 oz Sao Paulo Cachaca 

•2 oz Sweet Vermouth 

•Add Maraschino Cherry to glass 


Add all the ingredients into a shot glass.


Sao Paulo Blended

Sao Paulo Blended is a combination of three barrels during the bottling process. 8 year Oak / 1.5 yrs Amburana / 4 month Freijo wood.

Heart of the Amazon

•1.5 oz Sao Paulo Blended Cachaça 

•.5 oz Passoa Passion fruit Liqueur 

•.5 oz Cointreau Triple Sec 

•.75 oz Lime Juice 

•.75 oz Prickly Pear Syrup 

•Lime Flag with Maraschino Cherry Garnish 


In a shaker combine ingredients. Add ice. Shake. Strain. Garnish. Enjoy!

Sao Paulo Sunset

•1 oz Sao Paulo Blended 

•0.5 oz simple syrup 

•0.5 oz lime juice 

•4-8 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters 


Pour all ingredients over ice and stir or shake. Strain into glass. Garnish with lime.
